THE SET-UP

Getting Started

We will connect you with an HR generalist to conduct a business review session when you onboard. This session will help us create a digital assessment and comprehensive HR report so that we can develop an HR document and policy library for your practice that includes the following:

  • Customized policies for your business
  • State-by-state requirements based on where your employees are located
  • An employee handbook outlining key policies for your practice
  • An OSHA handbook
  • A labor law poster to post    

 

ONGOING SUPPORT

With a Dedicated HR Specialist

A dedicated HR specialist will be provided to you to answer your questions and provide general HR support. Your specialist will monitor labor laws and update your employee handbook as regulations change. Your monthly support deliverables may include:*

  • Custom policies (e.g., PTO, COVID, flexible work arrangements)
  • Custom job descriptions for a new or open role
  • Pay range benchmarking for a new or open position
  • Performance management strategies and documentation templates to use
  • Specialized trainings (e.g., California workplace harassment training for managers)

A one-time set-up fee of: $1499 

Ongoing subscription fee of $199 per month (min. of 12 months)

* Monthy deliverables are capped to 3 per month.
